After you book
The section below is for paid services, workshops, or other bookings you confirm with us in writing, including by email, after we have agreed a price. It sits alongside the European rules that may give you a cooling-off or other right as a distance consumer; we do not use small print to hide that frame.
It covers fees you pay to Quunthalaifrex for time-based or event-based work where we have sent you a confirmation with the date, the scope, and the price. It does not replace a separate service agreement: if a signed project contract says something different, that document wins for the project it names. It also does not apply to the simple act of reading this website, which is free of charge.
When the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the implementation in the Netherlands apply, you may have fourteen calendar days to cancel a service contract you concluded at a distance, subject to a narrow set of early-performance exceptions. If the law says a service is fully completed before the period ends, with your express request and acknowledgement that you will lose the right, we can document that in the same email chain to avoid any ambiguity later.
If you need to move a paid session, give us the earliest notice you can. We try to rebook at no extra cost when the new slot is in the same calendar month and the change request arrives at least seven days before the start. A shorter notice or a change that shifts work into a new month may need a new quote if we have already held capacity for you or bought materials.
If you cancel in line with the law or with a grace window we have offered in the confirmation email, we refund the same payment channel you used, unless you agree in writing to another method that is practical for you. We process the instruction within a reasonable time, understanding that your bank or card company may add its own settlement days. Non-refundable pass-through costs we already paid to a venue, if any, are shown before you book.
If you are late, we will try to use the time that remains, but if you miss the window entirely without notice, a fee in line with what we have stated in your booking may be retained to cover the reserved slot. If we have to cancel for illness or a force-majeure style event, you choose between a full refund of that session and a new date you prefer, where our calendar allows it.
Email contact@quunthalaifrex.world with your name, the date of the booking, and whether you are asking for a refund, a partial credit, or a written fix for an error. We may ask for a bank detail check or an order number so we can match the payment safely. The privacy policy explains how we use that data while we resolve the case.
